How much of the design can I change?
Start with your brand colors, type direction, copy and offer. Request changes to the composition, then review the exact result before approval. Preview the interaction alongside the visual design.
Can I try a form before visitors see it?
Yes. Review the interaction in desktop and mobile previews, replay the game and test submission states. Private on-site previews are designed to keep test activity separate from real signups.
Do I need a game on every form?
No. Choose a straightforward signup, scratch reveal, wheel or Plinko experience. Full-page is the default for new forms; compact layouts and side flyouts are also available.
Are the game rewards randomized?
The current games reveal a fixed, merchant-configured offer. They do not allocate random prizes or create discount codes. Choose wording and redemption terms that match the actual offer.
Does Veya replace Klaviyo?
Veya handles the signup experience and routes consented email signups to your selected Klaviyo list. Your email campaigns and list opt-in settings stay in Klaviyo.
Is Veya ready for a production launch?
The core workflows are implemented, and the interactive demos are available to explore. Live infrastructure, Shopify distribution, billing and end-to-end delivery still require launch validation.
